- Account information: Name, email address, username, and organization details provided when an account is created or managed.
- Usage data: Test cases, test steps, execution results, screenshots, and other content you create or generate while using the Services.
- Payment information: Billing address and payment method details processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, log files, and cookies collected automatically when you access the Services.
- Communications: Messages you send us via email or support channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Process payments and send billing notifications including invoices and receipts.
- Send transactional emails such as password resets, account alerts, and security notifications.
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve and optimize the Services.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to our payment processor and governed by their privacy policy. We receive limited payment confirmation data (such as the last four digits of a card or a bank account token) solely for billing administration purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use session cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users and maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for behavioral tracking on authenticated pages.
We use an advertising network across our public-facing pages, which may place cookies on your device to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser or device privacy settings.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Services, including payment processors, content delivery and storage providers, and transactional email providers. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.
- Error monitoring: We use a third-party error monitoring service to capture application errors. Error reports may include technical context such as URLs and request metadata but are configured to exclude personally identifiable information.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Test execution results and associated evidence (screenshots, logs) are retained for a configurable period and automatically purged thereafter. Billing records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including JWT-based authentication, two-factor authentication (TOTP), organization-scoped data isolation, and encrypted data transmission over TLS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out: Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
